Return Policy

The products available under Clearance Sale are brand new, original and packed products which have been discontinued by the manufacturer and does not carry any warranty under any circumstances. These products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refund Policy 
Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount minus the gateway charge. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Sun Infonet Private Limited and accept Sun Infonet’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Governing laws. The terms mentioned here are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws, principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Incase of refund request generated by customer the process will be initiated from 2 working days from our end. 

Payment Services

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. Return/Refund/Repair Services Replacement or refunds are not possible if the box is opened or used products.

In case of any defect arises after use/operation/installation of the Product, such defects will be repaired/serviced at any of the Sun Infonet’s Service Centre located in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai in accordance with respective manufacturer's warranty terms. The Customer will have to either take the product personally at the nearest mentioned service centres or will have to send to nearest service centres and the cost of the logistics cost would be borne by the customer for both sectors.

If Sun Infonet’s engineer finds/confirms that the product has to be replaced due to any irreparable defect/fault, the company will replace the product and bear the cost of logistic for delivery of the product. In case if product is not available for replacement, the company will arrange to refund the amount thru NEFT.
